Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated in Austin, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to help manage storage, inventory control, and asset handling across our facilities. You will oversee receiving, staging, and shipping of assets and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

This role supports our global information management and secure storage operations, contributing to efficient space utilization and accurate reporting, with emphasis on reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
• Audits goods received into warehouse and oversees receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets; reports per procedures.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensures operating procedures, space utilization, and protection of facilities and equipment are effective.

Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
