Responsibilities

• Provides necessary documents to forklift operators for order picks, staging, loading, unloading, storing of product and materials
• Processes paperwork and verifies accuracy of information
• Creates shipping Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Sends/receives emails related to shipping/receiving status
• Troubleshoots shipping/receiving issues
• Documents all movement of product/materials
• Monitors and documents Food Safety and Quality program requirements
• Reports food safety or quality issues to management
• Maintains office and runs reports as needed
• Checks in drivers and assigns dock doors for incoming/outgoing activity
• On-the-job training for internal material control and receiving from other locations
