Mid-States Bolt & Screw is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Perrysburg, OH to manage shipping and receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced fastener distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and forklift experience. You will ensure accurate records, coordinate with carriers, and support internal teams in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience; 2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Verify, document, and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for stocking or shipment and maintain records.
• Inspect shipments for damage or conformance to specs.
• Record receiving and shipping information; prepare bills of lading.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments on shipping.
• Support order fulfillment and handle packaging and labeling.
