Distributor Wire & Cable in Idaho is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pull, cut, stripe/dye, and process material with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will follow SOPs, operate forklift and other equipment, and maintain efficient workflow.

Candidates should have 3+ years in order fulfillment or machine operation, be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work independently or in a team, pass background and drug screens, and contribute to a culture of Zero Harm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in order fulfillment or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must demonstrate urgency with a commitment to service levels.
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Pull, cut, stripe/dye or twist material and follow SOPs.
• Scrap material and breakdown unusable reels; complete rundowns after orders.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization; promote Zero Harm culture.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery; assist as needed.
