Responsibilities

• Schedule or monitor pickup, delivery or distribution of products or materials.
• Inspect warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order maintenance or repairs.
• Plan, develop or implement warehouse safety and security programs.
• Review invoices, work orders or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods.
• Supervise receiving, storing and shipping activities.
• Train warehouse personnel.
• Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints.
