Job summary

Job Location: Ace Cleveland - Strongsville, OH 44149, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary, Job Shift: Day, Position Summary: Plan, direct, or coordinate transportation, storage, or distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable government laws or regulations.

Essential Duties and Functions

• Schedule or monitor pickup, delivery or distribution of products or materials.
• Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order maintenance or repairs.
• Plan, develop or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Review invoices, work orders or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
• Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.
• Train warehouse personnel.
• Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
• Confer with branch personnel to coordinate warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Annual Safety $ - A Safety bonus of $500.00 will be earned if branch has no accidents reported within the warehouse. (33.33%)
• Warehouse Claims ratio $ - A warehouse claims ratio bonus of $500.00 will be earned provided the branch has a warehouse claims ratio of less than 3% as measured by Atlas. (33.33%)
• Military Warehouse Inspections $ A Military inspection bonus of $500.00 will be earned provided a score of 90% or above on each military inspection done within the calendar year. (33.33%)
