CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. seeks a Manager–Warehouse to lead operations at our Whirlpool facility in Omaha, NE. You will supervise warehouse staff and contractors, oversee scheduling, inventory, and safety, and ensure timely, accurate product flow in a fast-paced environment.

Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating with large national clients is preferred. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Experience managing both employees and contractors.
• Strong skills in scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to operational needs.
• Experience with large national clients (Whirlpool or similar) preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff while managing contractor drivers/installers.
• Direct daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory functions with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure contractors meet performance and safety standards for Whirlpool service expectations.
• Train staff, maintain OSHA records, and uphold a safe, compliant work environment.
• Oversee warehouse cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall operational readiness.
• Deliver accurate reporting, coordinate schedules, and communicate with clients and customers.
