Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing, a world-class leader in automotive battery manufacturing, is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Sacramento, California warehouse. This role oversees all warehouse activities, staffing, distribution/receiving operations, and ensures efficient inventory flow while meeting approved budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of related experience, supervisory experience preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 5-7 years related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and treat all employees to produce a positive and compatible work environment for warehouse, office, driver, and sales personnel.
• Conduct monthly meetings with warehouse members.
• Involved in the interviewing and hiring of all warehouse personnel (excluding sales).
• Ensure that Company Code of Conduct is implemented and disciplinary action is taken when necessary for all branch personnel (excluding sales) with support from East Penn Personnel Department.
• Teaching and/or doing all branch, office, and warehouse functions including but not limited to: Office Functions, Warehouse Functions, and Driver/Delivery Functions.
• Monthly counting, processing, checking, and balancing of all warehouse product.
