Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Summerville, SC to lead daily warehouse operations and build a high-performing team. The role focuses on Amazon FBA fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and efficient stock handling within a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse.

The ideal candidate will drive operational improvements, manage a team of 8–10 teammates, and oversee shipping, kitting, and bundling activities, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes for DTC channels.

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing e-commerce organization in the Charleston area seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive operational improvements.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and a strong background in e-commerce warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and order fulfillment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8–10 warehouse employees.
• Manage Amazon FBA shipments, direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment, kitting, and bundling operations.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management or warehouse operations leadership experience.
• Direct experience supporting Amazon FBA operations for a business selling products through Amazon.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and daily fulfillment workflows.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, or improve warehouse processes.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse technology, inventory systems, and operational software.
