Job summary

Mac Papers + Packaging in Orlando, FL is seeking a Manager of Warehouse Days to oversee branch warehouse and delivery operations, coordinating with sales, customer service and HQ to maximize resources and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in operations/logistics with at least 3 years in supervision, strong communication, and proven warehouse expertise. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ operational, logistics and/or distribution experience; minimum 3 years at supervisory/management level.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work varied hours/days; may include weekends.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and directs all daily activities of branch warehouse and delivery personnel.
• Interface daily with branch management and external customers.
• Review and analyze personnel performance and take corrective actions.
• Evaluate, develop and implement procedures and practices.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Build a team environment to accomplish goals.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies.
• Keep leadership informed of issues; maintain relations with sales and HQ.
