Job summary

Frontline Network Systems, Inc. in Joliet, Illinois, seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. You will manage shipments, monitor inventory levels, and implement storage solutions while ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse management and is bilingual in English and Korean. Comprehensive benefits are offered including health insurance and a 401(K) plan.

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement proper storage and labeling systems.
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Monitor productivity and set performance targets.
• Use warehouse management systems to track orders.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks.
• Monitor employee performance and enforce policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement proper storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement.
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, repacking, shipping).
• Monitor productivity and set performance targets.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks.
• Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.
• Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required

Salary

• $70,000-95,000 a year
