Job summary

MEYER DISTRIBUTING INC in Jasper, IN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and coordinate shipping and receiving to meet performance targets.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Experience with forklift and safety protocols is preferred; Accellos software knowledge is a plus. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to motivate employees and maintain a positive work environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of staff.
• Ability to plan, organize and follow up on tasks.
• Strong leadership and dependability in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure productivity and safety.
• Coordinate unloading, stocking, and order picking; distribute products to appropriate areas.
• Use scanners to track parts and manage inventory accuracy.
• Monitor hours, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Communicate daily summaries and report safety issues to management.
