Job summary

Dropp Logistics seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our high-volume facilities across Georgia and Texas. You will oversee supervisors and teams, drive throughput, and ensure accuracy in every order while maintaining safety standards and cost controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse/fulfillment with 2+ years in a management role, plus strong WMS and inventory knowledge. Flexible hours and ongoing development are offered.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead fulfillment operations across one of Dropp's high-volume facilities. This role oversees supervisors and associates, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven success in scaling warehouse operations, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement in a 3PL environment.
