Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, operations management, or business.
• 7+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• 3+ years managing multiple sites across regions.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory workflows, and 3PL operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly across facilities.
