You will receive six months of guided learning, classroom sessions and real responsibilities to prepare you for long‑term operations management. Training is on‑site with company‑paid relocation after completion in May.

The compensation range for this position in California is $28.85/hour based on a full‑time schedule. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission plans as well as relocation or cost of living adjustments.
