Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead a team of 15–20 associates in outbound activities. You will oversee pick, pack, and ship processes, monitor productivity, and coach staff to meet quality targets while aligning with budgetary and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include daily scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting using Excel. A strong background in ERP systems and continuous improvement is preferred for this role in our OH/Walton Hill

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
3–5 years related experience preferred.
Experience leading a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage a team of 15–20 warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of products and motivate employees to meet productivity and quality standards.
Monitor site productivity standards and provide timely feedback; initiate corrective actions when needed.
Adhere to budgetary guidelines and meet distribution center objectives while maintaining quality and inventory standards.
Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Schedule daily workforce to ensure proper staffing for pick, replenish, restock, locate, and ship activities.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs; ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
