Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and monitor warehouse operations daily.
• Perform inventory cycle counts (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Plan strategies for the company's financial well-being.
• Improve processes and policies to meet organizational goals.
• Formulate and implement department and company policies and ensure adherence.
• Assist in recruiting and placing required staff.
• Delegate tasks and mentor staff; establish work schedules.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and machinery; provide technical support as needed.
• Implement and manage operational plans.
