Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Distribution operations. The role centers on leading a diverse frontline team, driving safety, and optimizing warehouse processes to support our network of facilities.

You will monitor KPIs, coach peers, and partner with leadership to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and service levels across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates, fostering inclusion and teamwork.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide reports and recommendations.
• Facilitate open communication between leadership and associates for alignment.
