Job summary

Exol is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager, B2B to own the end-to-end performance of the Jackson, GA warehouse. You will lead teams, manage workflows, ensure safety and quality, and partner with automation system owners to meet KPIs and continuous improvement goals.

You will supervise 100+ staff, coordinate with maintenance, IT, safety, HR, and customer service, and report to the Director of Operations. This role is in a dynamic, warehouse-based environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading large teams and driving safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse automation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking/packing, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and audits; drive corrective actions.
• Lead labor planning, scheduling, and productivity monitoring across shifts.
• Track KPIs (OEE, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, cycle time) and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with IT/automation teams to integrate robotics and AI tools.
