Job summary
TriMark USA in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to supervise receiving, storage, and distribution at our Bedford Park distribution center. You will lead a team of 20+ staff, ensure accuracy of inventories, and maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
In this in-office role, you’ll optimize operations, coordinate with transportation partners, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in distribution management.
- Proven track record of improving productivity and efficiency in a distribution facility.
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured for delivery vehicles.
- Ability to pass a background check after offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities of 20+ employees, including supervisors and shippers/receivers.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Implement safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate distribution and logistics with UPS, truckload, LTL, and contracted services.
- Maintain clean, secure, and organized facility; oversee maintenance as needed.
