Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–5+ years warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• Alternatively, high school diploma with 5+ years warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower for current day and week with minimal overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily duties to warehouse staff ensuring safety, service and productivity.
• Manage workflows efficiently and provide training to staff on SOPs.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
