MTNA - ETERNITY SYSTEMS Group is seeking a Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards. The role requires coordinating shipping/receiving, inventory control, and team efforts across a busy facility.

The candidate should have 2+ years in shipping & receiving, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to work with SAP and RFID systems. This on-site position includes weekend work and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in shipping & receiving environment.
Bilingual preferred; English required, Spanish preferred.
Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
SAP applications a plus.
Previous leadership experience with shipping/inventory control systems preferred.
Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution.
Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
Monitor warehouse equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance needs.
Conduct daily cycle counts for finished goods and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Organize warehouse layout and maintain cleanliness and order.
Coordinate with production to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain shipping and receiving logs and related documentation.
Train staff on scan guns and RFID readers.
