Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all activities in the warehouse and manage incoming and outgoing shipments. Starting compensation is $18 per hour, with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include weighing shipments within 48 hours of arrival, maintaining records for third-party shipments, keeping forklifts and safety systems operational, and ensuring inventory and storage comply with applicable guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5–7 years of related experience in warehousing or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities in the warehouse and shipments.
• Weigh shipments within 48 hours of arrival at warehouse.
• Keep records of shipments from third parties.
• Ensure forklifts, scales, security system and fire alarms remain operational.
• Ensure there is sufficient material for employees to complete jobs.
• Complete inventory of all material and storage units monthly.
• Store shipments and outside containers in an orderly manner.
• Meet RSMO and MTO guidelines.
• Charge and track weight tickets for office and public use.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments when necessary.
