Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and lead staff in delivering safe, timely, and efficient service from St. Cloud, MN.

The role requires CDL Class A or completion of the company CDL training within 90 days, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with drivers and operations leadership in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage ranges reflect experience and shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A license required or must complete company CDL training within 90 days.
• Experience in transportation, warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• 1+ year leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support salaried managers with day-to-day warehouse and operations.
• Perform hands-on warehouse tasks during peak periods and provide route coverage as needed.
• Track, prepare and maintain department reports.
• Promote and support safety, DOT and company policies.
• Monitor activity, attendance and productivity; report concerns to management.
• Support trailer cuts and freight flow to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in training, onboarding and job shadowing; act as lead on shifts when needed.
