Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Indianapolis. You will lead workgroups, train employees, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to 5 days per week. Prior management experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred but not mandatory for all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible to work shifts, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Leads with a focus on teamwork, proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and departmental procedures.
