Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide leadership and cultivate relationships across all levels of personnel.
• Implement personal development plans to support continued growth.
• Ensure orientation, training, materials, and regular evaluations for department staff.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
