Job summary

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain oversees warehouse operations, guiding frontline associates and delivering safe, efficient performance. You will lead, coach, and develop teammates, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards across our distribution centers.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, reporting to leadership, and fostering open communication. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in operations or logistics are preferred for this on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates with coaching and support.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to foster a safe workplace.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; report findings and recommendations.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and staff.
