Job summary

Henry Schein in Sparks, NV seeks a department supervisor to ensure efficient daily operations within the picking/packing areas. You will track hours and output to meet budgets, support process improvements, and supervise staff to ensure accurate, timely shipping and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related support experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• 2-3 years of increasing responsibility and complexity
• 1+ years of management experience
• Salary range posted: $65,767–$98,650 with bonus eligibility

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily department work is completed timely and efficiently
• Oversee picking/packing, including hazardous materials handling and shipping by weight/restrictions
• Hire, review performance, and address attendance and early-stage conflicts
• Track hours and output to meet budgets and productivity targets
• Prioritize daily orders by division and ship code
• Understand and report on department functions and customer impact
• Troubleshoot conveyors, pick modules, and location accuracy
• Participate in special projects and other duties as required
