The role includes packing, boxing fragile items securely, and preparing shipments with appropriate materials. Responsibilities include verifying items, maintaining simple production records, and reporting any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred; warehouse experience a plus.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and pick orders accurately.
• Basic math and computer skills for order processing and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive coversheet and cart for each order; log into voice system to start voice-directed picking.
• Move cart through bins, pick products, and place items into cart; bag/sort small items as needed.
• Verify products during picking and packing; maintain daily production records as directed.
• Select appropriate packing materials; ensure orders are packed securely with bubble wrap for fragile items.
• Report any product selection or quality errors and correct orders before shipment.
• Process special orders using designated procedures and prepare shipments for conveyor system.
• Dispose of empty boxes and maintain clean, safe work area; support additional duties as needed.
