Job summary

Esler Companies LLC, Renewal by Andersen division, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Shreveport, LA. You will partner with leadership to implement key ops programs, coach the warehouse team on safety and procedures, and oversee loading, unloading, and inventory control.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations with safety/compliance focus and 3+ years leadership. Valid driver's license is required; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and 401k options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diversified experience in warehouse operations, safety, and compliance in a manufacturing or distribution facility.
• 3+ years leadership experience; preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement key Operations and HR programs and change initiatives.
• Coach, lead and develop the Warehouse team on the appropriate procedures, policies, and safety.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments; record receipts and maintain appropriate records.
• Recommend changes to current work procedures and provide leadership guidance on initiatives.
• Maintain overall inventory, cleanliness, and organization of all warehouse locations.
• Assist with team lifts as required.
• Other job duties as assigned.
