Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; preferred 2-year degree in supply chain management or inventory control.
• 2 years in a lead warehouse role within warehouse, logistics, transportation or DC environment.
• Advanced computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets and inventory control software (WMS), SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse management to schedule and execute activities.
• Monitor shipping cockpit and dock activities for accuracy in warehouse transactions.
• Lead warehouse team: assign work, report, follow-up.
• Create and release waves; manage picking for shipment.
• Coordinate replenishment and put-away activities to maintain stock in pick faces.
• Support inventory control tasks and investigate discrepancies.
