Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Group Lead to support daily warehouse operations, coordinating workflow and resources to meet customer service levels. You will help ensure accurate shipping, maintain safety standards, and assist with training and reporting.

The role requires leadership, multi-tasking ability, and familiarity with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office; powered lift operation experience is a plus. This is an on-site DC position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience supporting many areas of a warehouse.
• 1-3 years experience operating powered lift equipment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan workflow for assigned area to meet service levels.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Support safety policies and company procedures.
• Generate and maintain reports and input data consistently.
