Qualifications

• 5 years warehouse or storeroom supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in material movement or handling, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stock.
• Develops schedules and assigns work to team members to ensure efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor.
• Reviews and approves hours worked on a recurring basis.
• Oversees inventory organization for space optimization and makes recommendations to improve processes.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and daily checks.
• Ensures inventory is appropriately labeled and placed in the correct bin locations.
• Ensures forklift safety inspections are completed.
• Oversees salvage of damaged or used material and that appropriate action is taken.
• Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods.
