Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED; 3–5 years industry experience preferred.
• Leadership training courses are a plus.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are required or preferred.
• Additional area-specific certifications (RCRA, DOT, HVAC, 608) may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing.
• Analyze production documents to plan and schedule work.
• Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate inter-department operations.
• Maintain records of operations data including employee time, production, and costs.
• Prepare shift performance reports for departmental supervisors.
• Motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Request materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services as needed.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Foster cooperative relationships with colleagues and ensure policy compliance.
