Job summary

Apex International, a high-quality manufacturer of personal care and household products, seeks a Warehouse Distribution Supervisor in Eden Prairie, MN. The role oversees warehouse and distribution operations, ensures safe and accurate material movement, maintains inventory integrity, and drives continuous improvement to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This full-time exempt position offers flexibility to meet business needs, with additional hours as required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse processes, and material flow.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and material movement.
• Ensure warehouse transactions and inventory movements are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor warehouse processes to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to maximize space and productivity.
