Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or associated degree preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and managing inventory in logistics or construction-related settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material staging, shipping, and storage.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate workloads to support operational and project needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control best practices.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and field teams regarding material availability and project support requirements.
• Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and OSHA compliance standards.
• Support procurement, material forecasting, and equipment tracking processes.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare operational reports and inventory updates for management.
