Mountainy is a fast-growing 3PL fulfillment company seeking a Weekday Evening Warehouse Associate in DuBois, PA. The role focuses on receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety. Starting pay is competitive and higher rates may apply for experienced candidates.

3PL Warehouse Associate – Weekday Evening

Location: DuBois, PA

Position: Full-Time

Shift: Weekday Evening: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Starting Pay: Starting at $17.00-$21/hour, higher starting pay based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support the full cycle of warehouse fulfillment operations while developing the skills and knowledge needed to work across multiple areas of our operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Scan, identify, and store products accurately within our inventory system
• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Label, sort, stage, and organize merchandise
• Help maintain accurate inventory
• Follow established fulfillment, quality, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as operational needs change
• Participate in cross-training across warehouse functions
• Support team productivity and daily fulfillment goals

Physical & Position Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
• Ability and willingness to operate basic warehouse equipment and power tools as needed
• Willingness to be cross-trained across departments and operational functions

Compensation & Growth

The general entry-level starting rate for this position is $17.00/hour. Candidates with relevant warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, equipment, WMS/system, or other applicable experience may qualify for a higher starting base rate of $18.00-$21.00/hour.
