Job summary

UNFI in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping/receiving operations and supervise warehouse personnel. You will drive efficient, on-time workflows and ensure accuracy in storage, fulfillment, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and motivation to leads and line employees to meet daily workload efficiently.
• Maintain a positive floor presence during shifts and supervise all warehouse functions.
• Complete paperwork and reports; provide training to new hires and follow-up.
• Evaluate performance and manage promotions, attendance and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate with management to ensure goals are met; uphold safety and HACCP/SQF policies.
