True Pipe and Supply is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our Boulder, WY site. This full-time, on-site role leads warehouse operations, oversees staff, and coordinates material receiving and deliveries to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse processes and staff to meet efficiency and cost goals.
• Receive materials and store in proper locations.
• Report discrepancies and help resolve issues.
• Operate forklift or power equipment to move materials.
• Record sales orders and prepare customer deliveries.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training warehouse employees.
