Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Warehouse Specialist in Mesquite, TX to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility for overtime. You will operate forklifts, maintain records in the warehouse management system, and collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse operations are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, and professional in SAP/Excel are a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize workflows.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
• Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency.
