Job summary

CorePlus is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Carolina, Puerto Rico to support inventory management, receive shipments, pick and pack orders, and help ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

This full-time, manual-labor role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, good teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. We offer benefits including health plan, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, and life insurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments; verify items against purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory levels; perform stock checks and update records.
• Prepare orders for shipment; ensure correct picking, packing and labeling.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse for space optimization and cleanliness.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards before shipping.
• Prepare shipping documents; coordinate with carriers for outbound shipments.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory, orders or shipments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily warehouse goals.
