CorePlus is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Carolina, PR to support efficient warehouse operations. You will help manage inventory, organize products, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires lifting, standing for long periods, and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and safe operations. You will work with a team to meet daily goals and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting shipments against purchase orders and checking for damage.
• Inventory management and regular stock checks with updated warehouse records.
• Prepare orders for shipment with correct picking, packing, and labeling.
• Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and cleanliness.
• Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet standards before shipping.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers for outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and address discrepancies or issues related to inventory, orders, or shipments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily warehouse goals.
