Job summary

Target is hiring at its Topeka, KS location for Seasonal Warehouse Associate and Warehouse Worker roles. You will pack, load, ship, and process merchandise while upholding safety standards across multiple shifts.

Starting pay ranges from $20.50 to $24.47 for associates and $22.50 to $27.07 for workers, with potential shift differential and tenure-based progression. Roles require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move in a fast-paced environment, and read labels.

Qualifications

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Attend safety trainings for a fast-paced warehouse.
• Able to lift and carry items 35–50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach.
• Maintain positive attitude in team and independent work.
• Read labels and product documentation.
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices with training.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise.
• Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
