Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to move material within the distribution center and loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts and other equipment. You will receive inventory, log it in the warehouse system, stock locations, read work orders, fill invoices, inspect for damage, and follow all safety procedures while ensuring efficient operations.

Compensation is $19-$22 per hour with benefits including 401(k) with company match, ESPP, life and disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred; safety training beneficial.
• Ability to read work orders and log inventory accurately.

Responsibilities

• Move material within the distribution center and loading platform.
• Receive incoming inventory and stock items in the warehouse system.
• Read orders, fill invoices, and verify part numbers.
• Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to management.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized, clean work areas.
• Operate or coach others on equipment and warehouse practices.
