Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory in a fast-paced facility. You will supervise a warehouse team, enforce safety standards and ensure daily workflows align with our operational goals.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, experience leading warehouse teams, knowledge of SAP WMS, forklift certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiar with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delegate daily responsibilities and establish clear expectations for performance.
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and overall productivity.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes run smoothly. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining safety and security protocols, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that daily workflow aligns with company objectives.

Required Skills/Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in a team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with (SAP) warehouse management system.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable to warehouse environments.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math functions.
