Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with training provided and opportunities for career growth in a clean, well-run facility. Responsibilities include maintaining logs, inspecting vehicle seals, assisting drivers, and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in freight coordination / scheduling / planning.
• Excellent time management and strong organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Welcome Center attendant log for vehicle arrivals and departures.
• Check inbound/outbound seals on vehicles and communicate issues to management.
• Interact with drivers and visitors in a polite, professional manner.
• Follow SOPs for checking freight in/out and monitor CCTV as required.
• Operate equipment and become certified as needed, perform other duties.
