Job summary

Cencora, supporting AmerisourceBergen in the US, seeks a warehouse support specialist in Salt Lake City. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 6am until completion, with pay starting at $21.00 per hour.

You will maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records, enter data, route materials, and prepare routine inventory reports to support accurate operations. Required is a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years in warehouse support or related fields; CSCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

2+ years of warehouse/ distribution operations experience

CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) preferred
