Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support professional to help process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities that ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment at our AmerisourceBergen-backed US distribution operations.

The role requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, a High School Diploma/GED (an Associate degree in a related field preferred), and CSCP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support or related field.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
• Ability to verify inventory and shipment data with accuracy.
• Knowledge of safety and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.
