Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an office/operation setting.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls during the scheduled shift.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Relay work assignments to scheduled employees.
• Process all warehouse manifests to verify order accuracy.
• Assist with food safety audits and other audits.
• Manage incoming mail and packages for consolidation.
• Handle customer orders, pickups, and deliveries; notify Finance.
• Perform general office file maintenance and related tasks.
