National DCP, LLC in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Warehouse Freezer Receiver to unload, receive, and put away inbound freight in a temperature-controlled environment (freezer, cooler, dry). This full-time role supports Dunkin’ distribution operations with RF scanner and Warehouse Management System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• English proficiency for safety and instruction.
• Prior receiving experience preferred; SAP/Manhattan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound freight using RF scanner and WMS.
• Record dates, lot numbers, temps as required.
• Ensure correct, undamaged, and correctly quantified products.
• Label and put-away in temperature zones using pallet jack or forklift.
• Report variances to operations clerks and inventory personnel.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain lifting techniques.
• Perform daily safety inspections on material handling equipment.
• Notify supervisor of unsafe conditions or accidents and participate in safety meetings.
• Cross-train and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Overview:Join National DCP, LLC (NDCP) as a Warehouse Freezer Receiver, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced distribution operations for Dunkin’ restaurants. The primary function of this position will be the unloading, receiving, and user-directed put-aways of inbound back-hauls, reverse transfers, off-hours, and emergency deliveries, along with loads dropped in the yard when time permits. This position requires working in environments with variation in temperature and humidity (e.g., Dry, Cooler, and Freezer areas).

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound freight utilizing RF scanner and Warehouse Management System.
• Record code date, lot numbers, manufacturing numbers, temperature, etc. as required per product received.
• Ensure that the correct product is received free of damage, infestation, and in the correct quantities ordered.
• Properly label and put-away product to the pick or reserve location(s) within the required temperature zone(s) using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Report variances on inbound loads to Operations Clerks and inventory personnel for report to carriers and suppliers. Collaborate with Operations Clerk and inventory personnel on corrections.
• Safely operate all equipment utilized to perform tasks associated with role.
• Maintain proper and safe lifting techniques.
• Perform daily safety inspections on material handling equipment.
• Immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions or accidents.
• Maintain Company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
• Attend all required Company meetings.
• Follow NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices.
• Assist in the orderly maintenance & general housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Cross train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-warp product
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (fork lift, pallet jack, high lift)
• Ability to work flexible days and hours. Schedule may include weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English sufficiently to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including using the Company's voice-directed warehouse technology, understanding work and safety instructions, and communicating with supervisors and coworkers regarding operational and safety matters.
• Desire and ability to work in a collaborative work environment
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Prior receiving experience preferred
• Manhattan and SAP experience preferred
• PIT certified on Fork/Clamp truck and Power Jack preferred

Physical Demands

1. Climate: Ability to work in various temperature-controlled areas (Freezer -10 degrees), Cooler – 34 degrees) and Dry (ambient temps).

2. Physical: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
